The Channel Islands YMCA is proud to announce our adoption of ePACT Network—a digital platform for collecting your child’s emergency and medical information—to improve member privacy and reduce our carbon footprint.

ePACT is a secure emergency network that collects medical and emergency contact information electronically. Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but implementing the network ensures that the Y has a way to communicate with you in the event of an illness, injury, or larger-scale emergency.
 

Why are we using ePACT?

ePACT saves you time as a one-time stop for completing and verifying your child’s information, which will be stored for years to come. Additionally, ePact offers enhanced privacy and security—eliminating paper forms ensures that identifying information is safe and secure while allowing authorized staff members access when needed. Lastly, the ePACT network makes it easy for you to share comprehensive health and emergency details, so we can best support your child. Plus, we automatically receive new details when you update your information online.
 

How it works

First, you will receive an email invite to share information with Channel Islands YMCA. Then, click ‘Complete Request’ to create a free account, or log-in if you already have an existing ePACT account. Finally, enter the required contact and medical information, and share it with Channel Islands YMCA for program staff access.

ePACT secures your private information digitally and is an easy way to access medical and emergency records anytime and anywhere—especially with the mobile app. Rest assured, you will always be the owner of your account information. ePACT maintains the same levels of security as online banking, and limits access only to the administrators we assign for enhanced privacy.
