Ryan is a seasoned professional with over twenty-five years of experience in recreation management, having excelled in pivotal roles such as General Manager at La Costa Beach & Tennis Club and Operations Manager at the Pierpont Racquet Club, as well as leadership positions with the City of Ventura, City of Malibu and Conejo Recreation and Park District. His expertise encompasses youth programs, aquatics, and group fitness, supported by his BA in Education from Cal State Channel Islands, which has guided his oversight of expansive afterschool programs in collaboration with the local school district.

Ryan resides in Ventura with his family, actively engaging in outdoor activities and coastal pursuits, including participating in programs at the local YMCA.
