Douglas Trawick is no stranger to the San Luis Obispo County YMCA, having served as the Associate Executive Director for the past three years. In this role, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovative program development, and a deep commitment to the YMCA’s mission. His prior experience includes his tenure as the Associate Executive Director at the Santa Ana YMCA in Orange County, CA, where he significantly contributed to the organization’s growth and success.
