Douglas Trawick graduated from California State University - Fresno in 2012 with a BS in Recreation Administration and Communication Minor. He then went on to complete his Masters in Public Administration with a non-profit focus at San Diego State University in 2015. His Y story began while working as a Manager on Duty as a part time job during his Masters program at the YMCA of San Diego before eventually moving on to the YMCA of Orange County in 2016. Douglas worked in many different programs throughout his tenure at the YMCA of Orange County before overseeing the Santa Ana Family YMCA as an Associate Executive Director in 2019. In 2021, he relocated to the San Luis Obispo County YMCA as an Associate Executive Director and is now serving as the Executive Director.
